Pastoring a congregation of any size brings unique challenges. You carry many roles; preacher, counselor, organizer, and friend, often with limited resources. Sermon preparation competes with hospital visits, administration, and the silent pressure to meet every need.
Many pastors serve faithfully but wrestle with discouragement, isolation, or the struggle to remain theologically deep without overwhelming their congregations.
This workshop is designed to meet those realities head-on; offering practical tools for studying and preaching the Word, encouragement to stay centered on the gospel, and space to connect with others who understand the weight and joy of shepherding God’s people.
